The best property management company in SE Idaho in my opinion is IF Rentals. I use them to manage 3 of my rentals currently.

They are head and shoulder above the rest and seem to take on the competitions disgruntled customers.

I have been asked for years if I do rentals, and the answer is, both yes and no.

I do rent to owns with the goal in mind to sell someone a home after I fix their credit or give them time to sell their home.

Renting in the mean time is a good strategy for raising your credit score, or learning the area better.

There are a few other rental agencies in town which I would avoid for reasons I won't say since we don't say bad things about other agencies.

They will figure it out if they lose enough business I hope.
